Sydney Williams

Sydney has spent the last seven years serving in Christian ministry, community service organizations, and higher education, leading fundraising and donor engagement efforts that champion gospel-driven generosity. She has dedicated her career to cultivating meaningful donor relationships, strengthening mission impact, and helping ministries tell their stories with clarity and conviction.

At the center of Sydney’s faith, and the heartbeat of her work, stands the greatest act of generosity the world has ever known: “For God so loved the world that He gave His Son.” The gift of Jesus, His life, His presence, His sacrifice, is the foundation of every generous act believers could ever offer. Grace makes givers. Grace turns our eyes outward. Grace frees us from scarcity and awakens us to abundance.

This conviction has shaped Sydney’s work across fundraising, digital campaigns, donor stewardship, and ministry communications. She has seen again and again that generosity is not merely an action but a means of spiritual growth. She delights in helping churches cultivate cultures where joyful, Christ-centered giving becomes a natural way of life.

Sydney holds an MBA from Southeastern University and a B.S. from Boyce College. Through The Generosity Co., she hopes to help believers and churches rediscover the joy, freedom, and transformation found in grace-motivated giving.

When she’s not writing or building discipleship resources, you can usually find her reading theology books or enjoying life in Florida with her husband, Lucas, and their puppy, Kona.

Mandy Donohue

Mandy has spent the last twenty years serving in fundraising across Christian ministries, community nonprofits, and higher education, with extensive experience in major gifts, planned giving, and long-term donor strategy. She has devoted her career to helping donors steward their resources wisely and joyfully, ensuring their generosity strengthens gospel-centered work for generations to come.

For Mandy, generosity is inseparably tied to discipleship. She believes every gift is a response to the faithfulness of Christ, our true treasure, whose life, ministry, and sacrificial love shape the way believers think about legacy and impact. Her work is rooted in the conviction that when Christians see Jesus clearly, they begin to see their resources not as something to protect, but as something to invest for Kingdom purposes.

Across two decades in development, Mandy has witnessed how thoughtful, prayerful generosity can deepen a believer’s trust in God and expand the reach of local churches and ministries. She delights in helping organizations cultivate cultures of intentional, Christ-honoring giving that endure far beyond a single campaign or moment.

Mandy holds an MBA from Warner University and brings a steady, seasoned voice to The Generosity Co. Her passion is equipping believers to approach generosity with wisdom, clarity, and joy, grounded not in pressure, but in the lasting hope found in Christ.

When she’s not advising ministries or mentoring development professionals, Mandy enjoys time with her family, serving in her church, and investing in the next generation of leaders.
